14 Day Money Back Guarantee
- You have up to 14 days to use your new car and ensure it suits you. We pride ourselves on the standards of our vehicles. However, if for whatever reason you are not completely happy with the car, just let us know before 6pm on the 14th day after your delivery or collection date and we’ll give you a full refund (delivery fee excluded).
- We cannot accept the car for return if it has been modified or altered in any way from the condition it was at the time you purchased the car.
- There is a 250 mile limit on every car during the 14 day period, every additional mile will cost £1 per mile and we may even not be able to accept the car as a return.
- If the car has been damaged and or in an accident, we may not be able to accept the car under our terms for return, and there will be a charge depending on the damage to the car.
- If you would like to return your car within the 14-Day Money Back Guarantee period, you will need to contact us via phone or email in order to arrange a return date within 14 days of your delivery or collection. If you do not book a return within the 14 day period, or the car is not returned within 14 days of delivery or collection, you will not be eligible for the 14-Day Money Back Guarantee. You will need to return your V5C log book at the same time as the return, however if for whatever reason this hasn’t been delivered on time, ensure it is sent to the provided postal address when it arrives from DVLA.
- Prior to providing you with a full refund, all necessary due diligence checks will be made on the vehicle, including checking HPI for any outstanding finance.
- We process all refunds within a 24-48 hour period. Once a refund has been processed, it will likely take 5-10 working days for the money to go back into your account. This is due to the amount of time needed for the bank to process your refund.
- When you return the car to our premises, we will check it over thoroughly and ensure it is applicable to accept in return. Then we will be happy to begin the refund process.
- The refund will need to be processed using the original payment method when the car was purchased. The refund will exclude any charges for damage or additional mileage beyond the 250-mile limit.
- The refund will only be processed once we have the V5C provided with the vehicle. Once all is confirmed, your money will be back in your account within 5-10 working days.
- If you return your car and require a road tax refund, please contact the DVLA.
- The 14 Day Money Back Guarantee policy is only applicable to used cars purchased online through our ‘click and collect’ process (a process in which customers do not visit our forecourt to view and test drive the car). Customers that visit our forecourt to view and test drive before collection of the vehicle, do not benefit from our money back guarantee.
